以下は、LINEXA（以下「当社」といいます）が定めるプライバシーポリシーです。当社は、全従業員が個人情報保護の重要性を認識し、個人情報保護体制を構築し、その保護を推進します。また、当社ウェブサイトにリンクすることにより、お客様は本規約に拘束され、これに従うことに同意したものとみなされます。

登録条件

1. 請求期日から30日を超えて支払が遅延している場合

2. クレジットカード決済が2回連続で失敗した場合

提供項目
氏名、生年月日、電話番号、メールアドレス、契約内容、請求・入金状況、滞納発生日・解消日、当社内部識別子など、上記目的に必要最小限の範囲

提供方法
当社管理画面/APIを通じたオンライン送信

保存期間
GC Scoreにおける保存は、最終解消から最長5年間、または関連法規で定められた期間とし、その後は削除されます。

ユーザーの権利
ユーザーは、第三者提供の停止、情報の開示、訂正、削除を請求できます。不正確な情報がある場合、速やかに修正または削除されます。

個人情報の安全対策

当社は、個人情報の正確性および安全性を確保するため、万全のセキュリティ対策を実施します。

免責事項

当ウェブサイトおよび当ウェブサイト上の情報・サービスが無償で提供される限り、当社は一切の損害について責任を負いません。

• 日本居住者：GC Scoreや海外への第三者提供は、申込時に得た明示的同意に基づきます。

• EU/英国居住者：信用照会や不正防止のための処理は正当な利益に基づき行われ、異議を唱える権利があります。

Our company appropriately manages personal information provided by customers and does not disclose it to third parties except in the following cases:

• With the consent of the customer

• When it is necessary to disclose information to contractors to provide the service desired by the customer

• In case of no response for a certain period to notifications from the company or affiliated payment companies, or in case of non-payment (including disclosure through the referral system to the referring party, or to credit information agencies)

  With the user’s explicit consent obtained at sign-up, we may disclose and register the minimum necessary information regarding payment default or material breach with the credit referencing service GC Score (Operator: URL: https://www.gc-score.com/)

•  for credit referencing, fraud prevention, and debt management, subject to the following:

• Conditions for registration: (i) payment remains overdue more than 30 days after the due date, or there are two consecutive card declines.

• Items provided: name, date of birth, phone number, email address, plan/contract details, billing/receipt status, date of default and cure, and our internal identifier — limited to what is necessary for the stated purposes.

• Method: online transfer via our admin console/API.

• Retention at GC Score: up to 5 years after the last cure, or as required by applicable laws, after which data will be deleted.

• User rights: users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of third-party disclosure via the contact below; inaccuracies will be promptly corrected or deleted.
